Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policy for any of the sessions or packages

• Cancellations are accepted with refund within minimum delay of 48 hours before the appointment date, however, the time invested in the file and application will be charged at a rate of CAN $000 / hour + tax and the balance will be refunded since work begins as soon as the service is booked (initial contact interview, analysis of pre-session form, client emails providing access to preparatory audio resources, meeting planning).​​​

• Currency varies from one country to the next, so please check conversion before proceeding to checkout.

• Rescheduling policy for any of the sessions or packages 

• Rescheduling requests that do not meet the required 48 hour deadline before the appointment date are subject to a CAN $50 fee, as any changes to the schedule require additional time to reschedule our meeting.

• Delays

• Should you neglect to notify and have a delay and/or be more than 10 minutes late, which counts for a missed appointment, payment will not be refunded.

• Power outage or equipment failure

• The Holder is not responsible for power outages, equipment failures, or technical problems that the client may encounter; therefore, no refund can be issued. Any power outage or technical issue on the side of the Holder of this site will be refunded.
